Focarly was founded in 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania, under MB Biomica. Two founders, no VC, bootstrapped.

Every productivity app we tried made us feel worse. They assumed we had the kind of brain that responds to rigid systems and shame-based accountability. Ours don't. We'd download the latest one, feel hopeful for three days, then drift away and blame ourselves.

The problem wasn't us. It was that every tool was built for a different kind of brain than ours. So we're building Focarly for the rest of us — people who need help starting, not another system to maintain.

No VC pressure. No shareholders demanding growth-at-all-costs. Just two founders, a bunch of AI tooling from Anthropic, and the slow work of getting this right.

We watched what Kilo Health, Orbio World, Cerebral, and countless D2C wellness apps did. We're explicitly building the opposite.
