Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes — your first morning check-in is free, no card needed. Try it, see how it feels, then decide. If it clicks, subscribe; if not, you walk away with no charge. We don't run auto-converting free trials that rely on you forgetting to cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click. Same day. Through Settings or directly via Stripe's billing portal. No retention loops, no phone calls, no 'are you sure?' screens. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
If Focarly isn't clicking within your first 7 days, email hello@focarly.com from the address you signed up with and we refund the most recent charge — no questions, no calls, no exit survey. We aim to process refunds within 1 business day via the same card you paid with. The 7-day window starts from your first paid charge (the free morning check-in beforehand doesn't count against it).
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Just the billing frequency and price. Annual is €199/year vs. €29×12 = €348/year monthly, so you save €149/year (43% off). Same product, same features. If you're fairly sure Focarly fits your brain, Annual is the better deal.
What happens if I upgrade from Monthly to Annual?
We prorate the change. Your current monthly cycle is credited toward the annual plan, and the new billing period starts from the day you upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for students / low income / non-profits?
Not at public launch — but if finances are a real barrier, email hello@focarly.com and tell us your situation. We'd rather help you access Focarly than see it priced out of reach. No proof required; we trust you.
Will you ever raise prices?
Probably, as we add features. But if you subscribe before a price increase, we lock your rate — you keep paying what you signed up for, as long as your subscription stays active. This is our promise to founding members.
Are you going to add more tiers or paid upsells?
We might add a Premium tier with deeper features (advanced patterns, 1:1 with human coach, etc.) at some point. But the core Focarly experience will always be the single plan you're seeing today. We'll never lock away basic functionality behind an upsell wall.
Do you accept crypto / bank transfer / invoicing?
Cards only for Monthly/Annual (via Stripe). For Team plans (5+ seats), we accept bank transfer with annual invoicing. Email hello@focarly.com to set that up.
